In response to the trend of global market liberalization, the mission of our department is to cultivate international business and management professionals equipped with broad and comprehensive knowledge. These individuals will be capable of driving the globalization of domestic enterprises or participating in the management of multinational corporations, helping to address complex cross-border management challenges. At the graduate level, students may tailor their studies according to their interests and career aspirations by specializing in areas such as international business theory, market entry strategies, international financial management, international marketing, international human resource management, and international production and logistics management. At the undergraduate level, students, in addition to taking core required courses, can choose a specialized track to further deepen their expertise, achieving both breadth and depth in their training. This provides them with wide-ranging employment flexibility upon graduation.
Under the guidance of an excellent faculty, our graduates from all levels develop a strong spirit of inquiry, rigorous logical thinking and integration skills, high morale, and outstanding managerial abilities.
